Marchant's School Sport Ltd. was founded in 1975 in Scarborough, Ontario. The sporting goods company was started by Bruce Marchant and only one other employee. Today, Marchant's School Sport has expanded to offer one of the largest lines of wholesale sporting goods in Canada. With approximately 50 employees, two locations and in 2006 doubling its square footage to over 32,000 sq feet of warehouse and showrooms, Marchant's is able to service Canada with top-quality game uniforms, practice wear, corporate wear and sporting goods equipment. FREIGHT POLICY •All shipments are F.O.B. warehouse, Scarborough, Ontario. •Shipments are freight collect unless prepay & add arrangements have been made with our business office. •Freight charge invoices are due upon receipt. CLAIMS •Goods damaged in transit or short shipments must be noted on original freight bill at time or receipt of shipment and claimed against the carrier. •Shortages in shipments must be reported to us within 3 days from receipt of goods. •No adjustment after 15 days.
RETURNS •Goods may not be returned without written authorization. •Custom made merchandise is not returnable unless the garment is defective in workmanship or material.
QUALITY GUARANTEE •We guarantee to replace or repair any article which is defective in workmanship or materials when subject to fair treatment.
